At the end of the long, private driveway, you will find a lovely home situated on 2.20 acres on a private point consisting of 2.20 acres in an estate area; one of Talbot County's most exclusive neighborhoods. Surrounded by an almost 365 degree view of waterfront you will be struck by the panoramic vistas. Every room of this lovely home has a spectacular view of the confluence of Peachblossom Creek and the Tred Avon River. There is a downstairs master bedroom (queen bed) with a large, ensuite his and hers bath, and private living room. An additional first floor bedroom (queen bed) and private bath enjoys a full, waterfront view. A large, modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for family gatherings with a patio and grill conveniently located just steps away. The formal dining room affords an evening ambiance with the twinkling lights of homes across the river. A large living room with TV and a game table is a great place to relax after a busy day fishing, crabbing, and summer fun in the pool. You will find comfortable chaise lounges by the sparkling pool and plenty of outdoor seating for alfresco dining. This beautiful area is renowned for some of the best sailing in the world in addition to a multitude of water sports. Boutique shopping is available in Easton and St. Michaels along with a variety of restaurants catering to casual and fine dining.
