Homeaway aka Restful Retreat In courtyard around pool. Tongue & groove vaulted ceiling, large windows, louver doors, 2 comfortable bedrooms, plus loft with two twin beds, one bathroom, newly added washer dryer. Long-term renter discounts, weekly cleaning. Direct pool access. A place to sleep and clean up. Guest house is right next to home, it's not a resort, it's a place to sleep and get clean. Kitchenette has a two burner stove, small fridge, and a microwave but no oven.The main house is occupied and the backyard pool area is a shared space.This is a quiet neighborhood but 2 minutes from a Starbucks and 24/7 Workout Anytime. The road is a no access road so there is minimal traffic and makes it a great place to walk especially in the summer with the fireflies. There is an extremely friendly dog and two cats on property along with a pool. For small infants there is a pack and play available on request. Please note that the pool is right out the front door.Pets must be crated or contained.Welcome to Chatsworth!
