Huge house on Diamond Lake. Gorgeous views all year round. Beach, Boating, BBQ’s Great getaway home for large families, having to bring in-laws or traveling with a group of friends. Or, if you're alone and just like the room to spread out. Can also be used for long term weekly and monthly rentals available. Home is large enough that even with a big group you done feel smothered. You will be just steps away from Diamond Lake where there's a private beach and full access to the lake if you have any sort of boat, jet ski or canoe. There's plenty to rent in case you don't own them too. Every summer the carnival comes to town in preparation of the 4th of July fireworks! There are so many things going on in summer. Festivals, concerts, outdoor movies, taste of Mundelein (like the taste of Chicago), several 5 K's, late night activities and bars galore if that's your thing too! Shopping is a breeze with most major retailers right here in Mundelein. There's also Woodfield Mall and Gurnee Mills just 25 minutes away. For the adventurous, there's Great America, a Six Flags Water & Theme Park. Sit back and relax every evening all year 'round with the 3-person jacuzzi hot tub located in the master bath or the other one in the other 2nd upstairs bathroom. Each bathroom has separate custom built in showers and bathtubs. Both have dual vanity sinks in very spacious restrooms. all but one bedroom upstairs has walk-in closets. There's plenty of storage for your things. There's a one car garage and parking for up to 6 cars just in the driveways and garage. Neighbors are quite friendly here if that's sort of thing. Just start conversing with them at the beach, park or on a walk and you'll surely be invited for a cookout and beer or pop. If you'd rather not socialize that's fine too as the numerous delicious restaurants nearby.
