Nestled in the redwoods on the Smith River by Jedediah Smith State Park. Situated in a temperate rain forest, Hiouchi is known for its natural beauty and warmer climate. The Hiouchi Hideaway is on 1.4 acres and is walking distance from a public boat launch and beaches on the Smith River. Its location is ideal for activities such as hiking, fishing, and swimming. You can hike 2.5 miles to Stout Grove where majestic redwoods thrive or continue your hike to Jedediah Smith State Park. This large home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, large kitchen and dining area. Bedroom accommodations consist of one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. There is also a futon in the family room. The kitchen is large with plenty of cabinet space and a granite island.The living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV with surround sound and computer with internet access. Wifi is also available. There are patio decks in the front and back of the home. For your security there is a Ring surveillance camera located at the front of the garage monitoring the driveway. This is the only camera on the property.
