The upper level living room has two extremely comfortable couches. There are two dining spaces also on the upper level, one is indoor and one is outdoor. The outdoor dining area is enclosed with a roof and windows so guest can relax and enjoy a meal while also enjoying the beautiful scenery. Also there is a spacious open deck right next to the outdoor dining area. There are flat screens TVs throughout the house with cable access. On the lower level there is a laundry room with a fully operational washer and dryer. In the middle of the lower level is a fully stacked bar and couch where guest can sit and relax and enjoy watching a flat screen on the wall behind the bar. The community is extremely friendly. The location is only 30 to 40 minutes to the city by car or by train (train stations located within 1.5 miles of the house). The house is only a 10 minute drive from a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Also, if you have kids Rye Playland is only 20 minutes away. Everything that a guest would need is really only minutes away by car.
