Intown Convenient Location "Southern Centre" is nearby many local activities. Welcome to our “Southern Centre” home, where southern hospitality awaits you. Come in, relax a while, get comfortable, make yourself at home. The home is in a safe, quiet, convenient area close to downtown Lagrange, within walking distance of Lagrange College, and a very short commute to all other activities that the area has to offer, such as, Sweetland Amphitheatre, West Point Lake, Callaway Gardens, Biblical History Center, Hills & Dales Estate, Great Wolf Lodge Water Park, Lagrange Art Museum, shopping, breweries, and many other great activities. Our relaxing home is equipped to handle all visitors whether coming to the area to work or just a quick getaway to enjoy the southern hospitality of the wonderful area. The home is a two-bedroom, one bath that can accommodate five people (beds: 2 queen/1 twin). The home is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer. For your convenience, Wi-Fi and a smart TV are also available.The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials needed to create a much-needed meal. The kitchen also includes a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig, & ice maker. The kitchen can seat 6 and the dining room seats 4. Stocked coffee bar includes coffee, tea, & sweetener. Initial basic supplies are provided such as soap, toilet paper, paper towel, hair dryer, towels. The relaxing backyard has a deck with a patio set, a firepit for the cool nights, and a grilling area. Exterior of property is monitored 24/7 for your peace of mind. We hope you enjoy the home as much as we do!!
