It sleeps 8 comfortably. 5 minutes of 4 wineries and the famous Salt Lick BBQ. Closely situated 10 minutes from Dripping Springs, the Wedding Capital of Texas. Wimberley Market Days just 15 minutes away (second Saturday’s). 20-30 minutes from Austin.Primary Bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bath on main level/first floor, 2 kings and 1 queen in 3 separate private bedrooms upstairs. Full bath upstairs with 3 sinks as well as a powder bath downstairs. Second living area/loft which contains a sofa and chairs for additional seating and game playing. Televisions in master, loft and main living. DVD/Blue Ray players. StarLink Wifi available for guest use. Fire pit and gas bbq grill to enjoy outdoors as well as corn hole. We also have a selection of board games and DVDs.We are nestled amongst 180 live oak trees on 9 private gated acres, two of which are devoted to this home. You can watch the deer, birds and the many butterflies who visit the property daily. Active guests can also enjoy walking down the country road. Near Camp Ben McCollough for enjoying Onion Creek, Salt Lick BBQ, Trattoria Lisina/Mandola's, 4 wineries within 4 miles, close to several wedding venues, just down the road from Wimberley Market Days for antiquing. 15-20 minutes from Austin. 20 minutes from the San Marcos Outlet Mall. **TWO complimentary EV/Tesla charging stations.**Absolutely no more than the registered guests (max 8) on property at all times.* $25 per person per night for over six guests- max of 8**No special events or parties.**15% discount for stays of 7 days or more. 20% discount for stays of 28 days or more.**Requires $500 refundable damage deposit.**No smoking inside OR out (restriction includes ecigs and vaping) **Absolutely NO illegal substances.**Must monitor children at all times.
