This property is great for multiple families vacationing together. We can sleep up to 17 people and, with three separate sitting rooms, there's ample space for games and conversation. Enjoy a day on the lake boating, kayaking, and swimming, kick back and relax in our private front yard pool, in the hot tub, or venture out and explore the beautiful upstate of South Carolina. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors close by. The property is not suited for parties.We are minutes away from the Appalachian foothills for the leaf watchers and hikers. Whitewater rafting on the Chattooga river is less than 20 miles away. For Clemson fans, we are just over 20 minutes from Death Valley, and don't neglect to support the basketball and baseball teams too. But we know that you are really here to enjoy one of the clearest and cleanest lakes in the world, Lake Keowee. Feel free to bring your boat because Sunsets and Siestas has a private covered dock with a boat lift. There are also multiple raised decks for relaxing and a two-level stone deck with a fire pit overlooking the lake for smores at twilight. Kayaks and Paddleboards provided.Whatever your reason - fishing, boating, skiing, exploring, Tiger watching, or just relaxing, we will do our best to make sure that your vacation is everything that you want it to be. So, come and enjoy our Sunsets and Siestas.Bed Configuration, Main LevelMaster Bedroom 1, Queen Bed, Full bath, Sitting area. Sleeps 2.Master Bedroom 2 with loft, King Bed, Day Bed and Trundle Bed, Loft with Day Bed and Trundle Bed. Full Bath. Sleeps 6.Bedroom 3, Queen Bed, Sleeps 2.Sleeper Sofa in the fireplace room. Sleeps 2.Bed Configuration, Lower LevelBedroom 4, 2 Bunks. Sleeps 2.Bedroom 5, Full-Size Bed. Sleeps 2.Bedroom 4 and 5 are joined by a Jack and Jill bath.Sleeper Sofa in common area. Sleeps 1.House Rules- Check out at 10am- Check in after 4pm-This is a residential family neighborhood and neighbors are fairly close. Be aware that noise carries more easily on the water and be respectful.-If you are out at the pool, down at the dock or out on the decks at night, please be aware of your noise level.-Quiet hours: Weekdays 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Weekends 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM-There are no community spaces in our neighborhood. Please confine all activities to our property.-The road beyond our driveway is private property. Please do not use this for any reason.
