The main house is 2 bedrooms , 1 1/2 bathroom plus an outdoor shower. The third bedroom is the Geodome with a King bed. It's just a few steps from the main house. The fourth bedroom is the Casita with King bed, spacious Living Room, it's own bathroom, outdoor shower, BBQ and hot tub.We have a minimum stay requirement but occasionally can accommodate shorter stays.Also, depending on the availability we can occasionally accommodate 2 additional people in the Casita. So the total of 10 at the entire property. We also offer early check-in at 12:00pm instead of 4:00pm and late check out at 3:00pm instead of 11:00am based on availability for $150.00 each.Welcome to Seven Sundays, a boutique collection of one-of-a-kind vacation rental properties in Northern California. We are lucky to have Eddie’s Organic Farm as our neighbor. You can purchase any freshly grown goodies that are in season directly from the farm. World renowned wineries in every direction.Indoors: Light filled spaces with modern interiors created by the owner and one of a kind home accessories from Seven Sundays Studios and featured artists. A welcome bottle of local wine. We scout the surrounding wineries and feature a small local winery of our choice every season.Among the amenities are a lack of cell phone reception and no TV.We do have WiFi, a land line, a movie projector and a ton of great movies for you to watch.The layout is ideal for friends gatherings, couples’ romantic getaway or families with two bedrooms in the main house, one bedroom in the Geodome and a one-bedroom Casita 100 steps down the road. Main House:2 bedrooms with 1 Queen and 1 King bed, 1.5 baths, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The master bedroom has a private deck overlooking the pool. Open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining area make for perfect entertaining and unwinding after exploring neighboring wineries, biking or hiking. Abundant windows, French doors and skylights let the outdoors in and fill the house with light. The decks and lawn area make for a perfect outdoor extension of the living space.Pool is seasonal. It's on solar heating and stays warm April-October. Jacuzzi is year-round.Geodome:16' Geodome overlooking seasonal creek. Short walk from the house but with the windows facing the creek it provides just the right amount of privacy. Easy access to the outdoor shower and one of the bathrooms in the house. King size bed. Casita:1 bedroom with King size bed, large living room area, bathroom and deck. Hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor sink and BBQ on the deck.Where:The property is just minutes to Kenwood, Glen Ellen, the historic Sonoma Plaza, restaurants, shops, Sugarloaf Ridge and Annadel State Parks, wineries and Wine Country events. Approximately 55 miles to the Golden Gate Bridge.Property is not suited for children under 8 years old. No animals.Property is set back into the foothills so Internet might be slow at times and cell phone connectivity is very spotty. There is no TV but there is a projector and selection of movies provided for indoor and outdoor viewing. (Kind of repeating part from the above). 10 adults max occupancy.Property operated with a Sonoma County vacation rental permit.TOT # 1098-N
