Suite Retreat features new construction, lovely furnishings, and is bright and shiny from top to bottom. Located in the Alpine Village, guests are only a short stroll from downtown McCall's wonderful restaurants and shops, as well as Legacy Park and beach and the Manchester Ice and Event Centre. The property is also less than 2 miles away from Ponderosa State Park and its hiking, biking, swimming, boating, Nordic skiing, and snowshoeing opportunities. This three-bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium accommodates up to ten guests comfortably - perfect for two couples and the kids, an angling or mountain biking group, or ladies' spa retreat. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bath. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two bunk sets with six twin beds total, and both guest bedrooms have access to the hall access bathroom. The property features a warm, comfortable living space with balcony access and has a big screen Smart TV and a dedicated dining area. The fully equipped kitchen with lots of prep space is the perfect spot to prepare great meals for your group when not enjoying the fine dining downtown has to offer. This three-level home has ground-level, 2-car garage parking with indoor “out of the weather” access into the welcoming foyer. Mid-level you'll find the living space, kitchen, and half bathroom. This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
