Bearadise sleeps ten guests, has plenty of driveway parking, garage access for two cars, and 650 square feet of exterior deck in the back - all of this combined makes for one of our most popular gathering places. Vaulted ceilings and bright lighting throughout the interior give Bearadise in McCall a definite glow! Main floor has bright dining room with large windows which opens straight to the kitchen - great for entertaining. The master bedroom and master bath are across from the dining area and close to the entrance of the home. Take a couple steps down from the kitchen and find the kids bunk room, living area, and sunroom/office that leads to the extra large back deck with a hot tub - tons of space on deck and in yard to catch up with friends and family and watch the children create memories to last a lifetime.Upstairs you will find the additional lounge area with Foosball table for inside fun! There are two more bedrooms also upstairs, both with queen beds, as well as another full bathroom. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management. This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. NO parties or events are allowed at this property. Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away. Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello!
