Whether you are looking for a quiet family getaway to relax and enjoy the lake or a comfortable home to retreat to after a busy day of exploring the beauty of Michigan's UP - this home has your vacation checklist covered!What the home offers: - 1700 acre clear all sports/ spring fed lake-128 foot of dock - average depth of lake near dock is 2-3 feet and it is clean, clear and sandy water (beautiful clean lake - great for the kids to enjoy!)- 1,800 Sq Ft Family Home on 4 acres (4 bedroom/ 2.5 bathrooms)- 7 beds total - 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer gorgeous views of the lake- Large deck for gatherings-Open floor spaceSummer: Jump in the crystal clear (spring fed) lake, or enjoy the many beautiful attractions of the UP. This property is located in the heart of all the popular destinations in the Eastern UP. This property is located on a private road. Snowplowing is included in the rental price.
