We are a golfing family, so we know the many Branson courses and can give great golfing suggestions!Large 6-bedroom lodge sleeps 18 and was designed and set up to accommodate large groups with multiple living areas, a large custom dining table for maximum occupancy, and a large rec room. KING BEDS IN EVERY BEDROOM! This is the bigger 6-bedroom lodge in Branson Canyon with a much-needed lower-level rec room. All of our lodges have the most parking offered in the Canyon. We supply everything you'll need, including linens, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, and coffee. This house can be rented along with my 7 bedroom next door #4795283, and will sleep 38 total!! I also have other lodges available for rent...contact me today.What makes this home unique:- 2 Screened in decks overlooking a beautiful wooded lot with a nature trail and creek. This is one of my favorite places for morning coffee or listening to the rain on cool summer nights. The most beautiful part of the nature trail is behind the home with a neat little waterfall.- Lower level screened-in porch has a hot tub -not your average hot tub in a rental. Total privacy inside the screened-in porch, so you can use it rain or shine! It has 22 jets and massage jets! Off the lower level screened-in deck is a propane grill (propane provided)- 3 Bedroom with ensuites and the other 3 bedrooms have bathrooms outside their doors.- Multiple living areas for families and kids to spread out. This 6 Bedroom Lodge is the floor plan with much-needed lower-level rec room.- Rec room with pool table and custom decor to make you feel like your on vacation. Large screen 70" SmartTV with PS4- Main level living room has a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and a large screen TV above the fireplace. - 4 bedrooms have king beds, and the two bedrooms downstairs have custom full-over king bunks, which can be used for kids or adults!! The downstairs rec room has one queen sleeper sofa. Guests love the custom bunk beds since it's full over king bunks.- All bedrooms have large-screen Smart TVs- 4 dedicated parking pads- we supply all your needs, such as coffee, laundry supplies, linens, high chair, baby gates, and a fully stocked kitchen.- Lastly, great customer service is provided by the owner. I have all 5-star reviews!!We, of course, provide pack n play, high chair, baby gates, coffee for traditional coffee pot (we also have a Keurig coffee maker), bathroom essentials, and paper products. All that’s needed is a short drive to the grocery store to pick up dinner to cook in the large kitchen.Make sure you also enjoy the community zero entry Swimming Pool, Splash Pad, Club House with kitchen, 3 stories, seating, pool table, and views of Table Rock Lake. New playground located by clubhouse and pool. There is also a nature trail right outside the private backyard.I provide great customer service, and I am available for any questions you may have.
