Conveniently located just a few minutes from all the Branson activities you would want to enjoy, this home boasts of the perfect location!The Space:This neighborhood greets with you a quiet, friendly environment and the rustic wood columns will catch your eye when your first drive up. Walking in you'll notice the tall ceilings in the entryway and be lead to the dining room first, furnished with a rustic wood table and lots of seating. Across from the dining room is the living room, featuring the most beautiful view out of the back wall of windows! This home sits directly on Lake Taneycomo and the large windows bring that gorgeous view inside! There is plenty of room for everyone to gather around on the couches after a full day of Branson adventures! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook up your favorites and the seats at the large island give the option to keep the cook company!On the other side of the living room is an additional living space perfect for the younger crowd to hang out, sporting a fuse ball table, flat screen TV, and access to the back deck! Out the back doors is a large back patio ready for all sorts of entertaining! There is a propane grill ready for some barbecue and the large dining table offers a great opportunity to eat your meals outside right by the water. Or cook up some s'mores in the evening gathered around the firepit.Guest Access:The whole home will be yours!The Neighborhood:This is a residential neighborhood with a homey feel, set off from the busyness of Branson. There is a locally owned and locally loved coffee shop, Vintage Paris, just a few minutes away with a Landing area featuring beautiful views of Branson! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is about 22 minutes away!The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 12 minutes away!
