There is also a heated indoor pool with adult and kiddie pool making things very family friendly.Accommodations include:> 8 king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms - 1 of the 8 king bedrooms includes a trundle bed with 2 twin beds - 1 of the 8 king bedrooms includes a custom bunk area with 4 twin beds and fun slide> 1 bunk room with 3 full size beds> Indoor Golf Simulator> Golden Tee Arcade> 2 back decks with lake views + Hot Tub + Barrel Sauna> Fully stocked kitchen with small and large appliances> Custom dining that seats 12 + 4 seats at sofa table + 4 seats at kitchen counter> Pack & Play and High Chair provided> Community outdoor pool with slide and splash pad> Community Indoor Pool that is heated + Indoor Kiddie Pool> 2 Relaxing Massage Reclining ChairsGuests must be at least 22 years old to book and are also required to sign the Rental Agreement and provide a valid credit card for a Security Deposit which is $500.00 for this property. Great Escapes Homes uses an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez and will provide guests a link to the rental agreement and security deposit after booking. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay.This property allows pets up to 2 dogs for a pet fee. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. Bringing of pets without approval will incur a pet fee of twice the normal rate, charged to the security deposit held for the booking. Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 28 people for this property.
