We still have a few summer weeks left for new guests :)Nestled just feet from the clear waters, the Irwin Cottage on Little Traverse Lake is the perfect get away for families and friends! Located between lovely Leland and scenic Glen Arbor, the Irwin Cottage offers the best of nature and beauty with the convenience of local beach towns. The cottage sleeps 9 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms and accommodates 2 more people on a pull-out sofa in the den. There are two recently renovated bathrooms and laundry onsite. The cottage sits just feet from the sandy bottom lake, has a sandy beach, and is shallow for a long way out into the lake. This is great for small children. There is a raft, a dock, a rowboat, and 2 kayaks available for guests use. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. All appliances are new and stainless steel and granite counter tops. The living room boasts a gas fireplace, great for cool mornings or a cozy late evening! The dining room table sits up to ten people. There is a gas grill available for guest use. The den has a large smart TV, as do the lakeside bedrooms. Guests can stream using their own accounts.
