Visit Leatherwoods perfect horseback getaway and bring the horses. Just a few steps form the cute mud room you can walk out into the awesome 2 stall barn. Barn Haven is immaculately suited for one to two couples or a family with kids and up to two horses. This beautiful two bedroom, stable style home is located at the far end of the Leatherwood meadow. Barn Haven’s prime location allows some of the best access to trails and adventure that Leatherwood has to offer. This unique property hosts a luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom, two bathrooms, and an adjoining 2 stall barn all under one roof. The Owners have also converted one of the rooms into a sweet little sitting area, great for a peaceful afternoon reading nook or a work form home office space. The home has a completely updated kitchen, great for entertaining with and open dining and living room area. The spacious sofas make a great spot to relax after a long day on the trail. The covered porch has additional dining space, a propane grill and room for four in the outdoor hot tub. Guests can enter the barn without stepping outside, a few steps from the mudroom room or from the outside by rolling back the large barn doors. The barns spacious indoor hallway has two stalls and room for your tack. This barn is equipped with everything the traveling wrangler needs including hay racks, mucking forks and a wheel barrow. Larger rigs should have no problem accessing the driveway, turn around and parking area. You must see this home to appreciate the beauty! We assure you, you will be back time and again! Guests traveling with trailers or other long vehicles should be aware that the roads inside Leatherwood are narrow, steep, mountain roads that are not conducive to vehicles or trailers longer than a two horse bumper pull trailer or a gooseneck trailer less than 20 feet long.
