Stunning Riverfront home- River access with Hot Tub & Game Room! Beautiful custom home on the snake river. Enjoy a private walking path down to the water. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent. There is a large fire pit area on the upper level with ample seating and gorgeous views. Located near the Sunnyslope Wine Trail and tasty restaurants close by. This is the place to unwind and reconnect with family, friends, and nature. * The layout and beds are as follows*The main floor features the gourmet kitchen, living, and dining room. The master bedroom and full bathroom are in the far wing with a half bath and laundry room close by. There are two access points to the covered deck. One from the living room and the master suite. Downstairs, there is a large family room with direct access to the backyard. You will find three additional rooms and a full bathroom.*ENTERTAINMENT* In the garage, we have loaded it with games such as: Pool table, ping pong, foosball, basketball hoops, and corn hole. This garage is not heated or cooled.There is an amazing hot tub on the lower patio to soak, star gaze and watch fish jump in the mighty snake river. This truly is a special gem in the great state of Idaho!
