Enjoy meals and beverages while watching the hummingbirds flit past.The house is located in a family-friendly quiet residential neighborhood, 15 minutes from University of Oregon and Hayward field. We're a mile from Em Ex bus service running downtown or take the bike paths from here to wonderful dining, parks and entertainment around town. This 2,000 sq ft house has 2 living spaces, a full kitchen with eat in counter and pub table, dining room, washer/dryer, and a fenced backyard with hot tub, outdoor grill and dining. Kid friendly, including toys and games in the front room.
