Welcome to The Nest, there's plenty of room for the whole flock near Autzen! This property was featured on Reveel Tv on the show Negotiators Luxe (season 2 episode 5). Our spacious bungalow is located in an iconic Eugene neighborhood within walking distance of Autzen Stadium, 10 minutes to the University of Oregon, 5 min to I-5 and The Oakway Center and numerous trails for hiking and biking. Restaurants and shopping are between 5-10 min away. The home features a large dining room with 10 chairs, seating for 7 in kitchen area and 3 separate living areas. A lush backyard with seating, grill, fire pit, corn hole & hot tub is fully fenced for privacy. Two separate sleeping areas with 5 bedrooms and a bonus room are all upstairs with 3 baths! Room darkening curtains and down comforters will allow you to get a perfect night's sleep. Washer and dryer with detergent, coffee, condiments, spices and plastic storage and shampoo/conditioner/body wash are all included with your stay.
