We want others to come and enjoy the lakes like we do." Joe grew up camping in Okoboji and couldn't get moved to the area fast enough. He studied business administration at Iowa Lakes in Estherville and has been building homes for 30 years in the Okoboji region.Karen grew up in Minnesota and visited the Lakes area as a kid with her family. She is retired after 27 years selling real estate.Joe and Karen met 30 years ago and made their home in the Spirit Lake area. They have 2 children and look forward to spending their retirement years doing God's work and sharing their love of the Lakes with others through this business.
