Majestic Riverfront Family Retreat Welk Manor is a 1.5 acre scenic setting situated right on the Spokane River in Post Falls, Idaho, just a few miles by boat or car to Coeur d' Alene.The residence has just been completely remodeled, and includes 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a spacious ranch style home that can accommodate 16 people with an open contemporary kitchen, wonderful outdoor patio, and a loop driveway for ample private parking. It has a large new dock with power available as well. This wonderful retreat is a quick 4 minutes to the I-90 on ramp, 25 minutes to the Spokane airport and just 10 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene. It allows you to enjoy all the recreational and urban activities that Northern Idaho has to offer. Whatever your passion; golf, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, snow skiing, snow mobiling, ice skating....it's all here for you to enjoy!Within 5-10 minutes there are local stores, a super center, drug store and many restaurants. Templin's resort and gas dock is 1/4 mile away, where pontoon boats and jet skis are available for rent.Welk Manor provides 2 master suites; a King and a Queen. There are 2 additional King bedrooms, along with 2 twin bedrooms, and a trundle/twin room. The family room has a sofa sleeper. Welk Manor also has a very roomy separate shop building that is perfect for large group meetings and hanging out. It includes a game area with a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and serving area for entertaining.
