Right off Highway 41, we are a few minutes from Tullamore and Syringa parks which have playground sets, splash pads, walking trails, tennis courts and more. Two golf courses are also 4 to 8 miles away: The Highlands Golf Course and Coeur d’Alene Golf Club.Hidden gems of Post Falls include water sports on the Spokane River, more than 100 rock-climbing routes, the riverfront Black Bay Park which sprawls across 56 acres, the Post Falls Community Forest with hiking and mountain biking trails, and the 22-acre Falls Park with a fishing pond and awe-inspiring views of the Post Falls dam, falls and gorge. YARDS & PATIOSOur outdoor spaces are flat and grassy, just like the prairie lands that call Post Falls home. The front and back yards are wonderful for playing and picnicking, while our front patio is covered to protect you from the elements. Out back, a second patio is outfitted with a bistro set for dining and drinking under the Idaho sun, moon and stars. As a bonus, our backyard is fenced for your little ones. LIVING ROOM & KITCHENOur house name comes alive upon stepping inside – as you’re surrounded by all kinds of cozy. Hang out in the living room, where a gray sofa, upholstered bench and soft ottoman invite you to unwind. Our library of books is a hit with everyone in the family (we even have encyclopedias!) and you can watch your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Steps away, our kitchen meets the living room beneath a vaulted ceiling. Crisp white cabinets and countertops are joined by stainless steel appliances, while a window and sliding glass doors bring in sunlight. Enjoy our coffee and tea bar with all the fixings, plus nice-to-haves including: a spice rack, knife block set, 3-in-1 multicooker, pancake mix and syrup, and a welcome basket with snacks.When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for four or pull out a chair at the island (our favorite spot for a nightcap). Cap off the evening with game night here, choosing from our collection of Monopoly, Cranium, Apples to Apples and more. 3 BEDROOMSOur three bedrooms feel like home, each with plush carpet, artwork, throw pillows and windows that bring in natural light. The primary bedroom has rustic-elegant pine furniture while two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house come with sitting areas.❣ Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom❣ Bedroom 2 – Twin bed, sitting area❣ Bedroom 3 – Twin bed, sitting areaOur home sleeps up to four guests. 2 BATHROOMSBoth bathrooms are full of extras for a more comfortable stay, from cotton balls, pads and swabs to hand lotion and hair ties. A bathroom near the twin rooms has a shower with a tub where you can enjoy oh-so-relaxing baths.
