About this Rental
Charming Downtown Home Enjoy downtown and Lake Coeur d'Alene summer 2024! We currently rent to one family for the entire summer, mid-June through the end of August. Minimum stay is 60 days. Charming Downtown Home Enjoy downtown and Lake Coeur d'Alene summer 2024! We currently rent to one family for the entire summer, mid-June through the end of August. Minimum stay is 60 days. Summer 2024 dates are 6/14-8/23. Our home is 2 blocks from Sherman Avenue and in the heart of it all. Cook in the gourmet kitchen or walk to a number of restaurants blocks away. Enjoy reading a book in the sitting room or games and a movie in the family room. All four bedrooms, 3 full baths and laundry are conveniently located on the second level. The master suite has a king size Tempur-pedic bed and tile shower and soaking tub. The jr. suite has two full size beds and attached bathroom with a shower. The remaining two bedrooms share the guest bath with a combined shower/tub. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has a twin bed. Our home has private fenced backyard and two car attached garage with a Tesla charger.
