The 300 HOUSE (our sons named it!) Roomy and comfortable old house close to the downtown square in Canyon; easy walking distance to the famous Palace Coffee Shoppe, Burrowing Owl Bookstore, and quaint shops up and down 4th Avenue, and just a bit farther to the Panhandle Plains Historic Museum. Only 11 miles from Palo Duro Canyon State Park. The house is roomy with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, dining room and sunroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and washer/dryer is provided. The 300 house was built in 1914 and has been added onto over the years. It is clean and comfortable with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 4 twin beds, plus two twin beds in the sunroom (temperate weather only) and an extra air mattress if needed. Bed linens, Towels, and basic toiletries provided, along with coffee, tea, and some snacks.
