It has been completely remodeled and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, a laundry room, a patio with a grill, TWO living rooms with cable TV, WiFi, and a sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are fully furnished- two with a queen bed and the other a king. This wonderful property is super charming and comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home away from home! VRBO doesn't collect Local Hotel Occupancy Tax that we have to pay. Upon booking I will request payment for Canyon's 7% Hotel occupancy tax.
