Comfy Corner/Pets allowed We lived in this home until the end of 2022. It is a very well maintained older home that sits on a large corner lot and sits on one of the last cobblestone streets in town. Comfy Corner/Pets allowed We lived in this home until the end of 2022. It is a very well maintained older home that sits on a large corner lot and sits on one of the last cobblestone streets in town. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a huge living room and kitchen with a dining room, laundry room for guests to use and there is some detergent and dryer sheets provided. There is a huge back yard with nice grass for kids or pets to play. There is a small concrete patio with a patio table and a grill; in the summer months we have a shade cover over it with lights to make it a bit more festive. The house is very spread out so no one will feel crowded at all. There is also a 2 car garage that you are welcome to use. Front door as well as the garage are both coded so no keys or openers to keep up with. It is 2 blocks from the town square where most of the popular restaurants and shops are located; as well as fair on the square over the 4th of July and June Jams every Thursday night in June.This really is a terrific spot and we also have a 24 x 30 shop in the back that does rent for extra for a small function or if you are pulling a trailer and want to put it in a covered spot(just inquire on this is interested).
