It is perfect for a business trip, family stay, a gettogether, or romantic getaway.The guests will have full private access to the entire 2-story townhouse, including the attached one-car garage. The main floor features an open concept floorplan with hardwood floors. Generous size kitchen is equipped with all brand-new stainless-steel appliances, as well as coffeemaker, toaster, and is fully stocked with plates, glasses, and flatware. The kitchen opens up into the dining room via the open bar area and into the living room to allow for entertainment and conversations while preparing a meal. The kitchen features a pantry, plenty of counters, and cabinet space. The dining room is decorated in French county décor style and has multiple windows which allow for plenty of sunshine and a view of the private backyard with an outdoor seating area. The living room features an eclectic fireplace, 58” Smart Wi-Fi TV and offers plenty of lounging space. Also, there are books and gameboards to occupy the guests in their leisure time. The guest half bath and one car garage are off the hallway on the main level. (The private backyard patio featuring an outdoor seating area is off the breakfast area so you can enjoy relaxing outdoors.)Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. A spacious master suite with queen-size bed is decorated in charming French farmhouse style and features a 43'' smart Wi-Fi tv, access to a private balcony with seating space, an oversized master bathroom with a separate garden tub and separate shower, and a spacious walking closet. Both of the other two bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, unique one-of-a-kind décor art pieces, view of the back yard, and spacious closets. The laundry room, equipped with brand new washer and dryer appliances is upstairs by the bedrooms. The bathrooms are fully stocked with bath towels and hand towels. The bedrooms come fully stocked with fresh comforters, linens, blankets, and pillows. There is central A/C, central heating, trash pick-up, WIFI, cable, lawn care, in-unit washing machine and clothes dryer, and off-street parking.The property has three separate outdoor areas, including a quint front porch featuring an antique rocking chair, a private backyard with plenty of outdoor seating, and a covered balcony with seating leading from the master suite. The property features an attached one-car garage that the guests will have full access to and off-street parking. Turtle Creek has a great community center, large pool, and two lighted tennis courts available to our guests as well!And speaking of the location! This property is strategically located on State Route 316 and Georgia Highway 211. Just a short distance away from Athens and Sanford Stadium. It is minutes away from the historic downtown Winder, walking distance to Fort Yargo State Park, close to multiple shopping and restaurants. It is an excellent place to stay if going to UGA/UGA Athletics, Athens Botanical Gardens, Road Atlanta, Château Elan, Atlanta, or Lake Lanier. We do have a Ring doorbell at our home. This allows us to monitor who enters and exits the home. This is for our safety and yours. The camera only records at the front porch entry, no other cameras are located within the home.
