Lake Red Rock Cottage Retreat Over 2,700 total square feet of finish on 1.35 acres that sits right on the lake includes: six bedrooms, two large living rooms (one on each floor), open kitchen, oversized kitchen table that can accommodate up to 14 people, three additional island countertop sits, 17' x 16' deck and patio underneath overlooking the lake with outside seating and grill, private beach, sandbox overlooking the beach, firepit area, and adjacent to 10+ acre tree reserve. We have some fun stuff in the house and garage that's all yours to use: board games, yard games, two TVs, two canoes, life jackets, three adult bikes and three kid bikes, one adult fishing pole and two kids, some kids toys (garage and in the sandbox toy chest) and campfire skewers.This home was built for our family to host our kids and their families in the future. The backyard backs up to Lake Red Rock, Iowa's largest.
