You’ll be close to the hiking trails and ski slopes and away from all the noise, yet beautiful downtown Telluride is only a 10-minute drive away. Lots of extra space— like multiple living areas and gorgeous outdoor patios— allow for everyone in your group to spread out and relax. A curved driveway leads up to the three-car GARAGE, which opens into a convenient FOYER. On the main level, a grand and elegant GREAT ROOM includes a stone fireplace, an amazing antler chandelier, exposed log cabin walls, lots of comfy seating, an HDTV, and a wall of windows with exquisite mountain views. Open to the kitchen and dining area, this space is ideal for socializing. In the well-appointed KITCHEN, natural wood cabinets provide plenty of storage while gleaming quartz countertops provide plenty of workspaces. Premier appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, gas range, vent hood, spacious refrigerator, and a double-wall oven. There’s even a second sink on the island, which also provides casual bar stool seating. There’s a formal DINING ROOM with space for 12 and gorgeous views, and also a BREAKFAST AREA. A secondary living area is also a MEDIA ROOM— with a drop-down projector and a huge movie screen that faces a spacious sectional sofa. Behind the sofa, there are also two twin-over-twin-size built-in bunks that the kids will love, and a game table. The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE houses a living space with a fireplace, as well as a luxe king-size bed, a balcony with views, and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM with a separate tub and shower. The SECONDARY BEDROOM SUITE is on the upper level and includes a king-size bed, gorgeous views, and an ATTACHED BATHROOM. Two additional GUEST BEDROOMS each have a queen-size bed and direct access to the outside areas. Also on the upper level, an open LOFTED AREA looks down over the main level great room. Here, you’ll find a dedicated office workspace plus some workout equipment. Besides the beautifully designed interior spaces, Campbell Peak Retreat also boasts some incredible OUTDOOR AREAS that are ideal for sipping a mug of hot cocoa and stargazing in the winter, or grilling some burgers for an alfresco dinner in the summertime. Whatever time of year you arrive, you’ll have some truly magnificent views to enjoy. And when you want to immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty, there are plenty of hiking trails close by. And for an afternoon or a night on the town, Telluride proper is only a hop-and-a-skip away.
