The 1 acre island has a 3 bed/2 bath house with a large backyard deck and fire pit. The dock is perfect for swimming (it's about 15 ft deep when you jump off) and if you'd prefer to walk in you can do so right on the other side of the island/yard (perfect little pebble beach for kids!) Paddle board and kayaks are available to use and there is a public boat launch. The house is open-concept and perfect for making memories during your stay. First floor has an open kitchen, dining and sunken living room as well as a large bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms in the house have water views -- and from the primary bedroom you can watch the sun rise and set all from bed! The finished basement provides extra space to play pool or other games together as well as extra sleeping space for kids. Gray is a convenient spot because it's quiet and peaceful on the lake but very close to Portland (with award-winning restaurants, bars, shops, etc.) as well as Freeport and Windham. Whether you like to spend all your time outdoors on the water, hiking, etc. or you'd prefer to go out for dinner, drinks, etc. nothing is more than a 20 minute ride.
