Loma House-heated pool, hot tub, sauna, walk to Warren Dunes! At Loma House, focus on enjoying the backyard: pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Short walk to warren dunes beach and hiking trails. 4 bedrooms, all with high-end king-size mattresses. Basement bedroom with second queen bed. 3 workspaces/printer. Plus den (with pop up sofa and locking barn door), 3.5 bath, newly remodeled home with gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceiling and updated interior. 2 flat screen smart TVs in both sitting areas. Heated (78*) in ground pool with salt water system (open May 1ish- oct 1ish ), 8 person hot tub (open year round). Enjoy the fire pit under 120' tall towering poplar trees. Unlimited firewood provided. All soaps, paper products, kitchen essentials (salt pepper oils etc) stocked for use. We do have an auto-pool cover. Maximum guest count is 12 people regardless of age and 6 cars maximum. 7 night min (sun-sun) may apply in summer season.
