This is a warm and welcoming home that is ready for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying all that the lake has to offer. Bring your family to vacation for a week on the lake with an expansive yard, wonderful beach to enjoy, and a lakeside fireplace. With three living rooms there is ample space to spread out inside, or relax on three of the outdoor decks. There is even a beach side patio for a sunset cocktail! Boat parking is available with a private dock. Sandpoint is a 20 min drive or 10 min boat ride! This is a quiet, safe, and noise conscious neighborhood so no events, parties, or pets are allowed. If you are looking for a quiet, comfy, place to stay we would love to have you!
