Hiking, lakes, rivers and a beautiful hour drive to South Lake Tahoe.This beautiful new two level home has an upper level that is spacious and well-lit with a living/dining/kitchen area and 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Island counter with 6 barstools and a dining table that seats 8-10 comfortably. Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer supplied with detergent. The family room has a sleeper bed couch and TV. Beautiful showers and tubs throughout. We provide all your linens, dishes, basic utensils and supplies, pots and pans. BBQ also provided. Relax on the large upper deck among the trees. An outdoor dining table that seats 8 comfortably, as well as more seating for 6 and two umbrellas. The lower level has three bedrooms. A master bedroom/bathroom. A bathroom with a large tub and rain shower. A bedroom with a full size bed, another room with two bunk beds and two trundles. The great room has a sleeper sofa, dining table, kitchen with three barstools and a TV. This kitchen also comes equipped with everything you need. There is also a laundry room with another full size washer and dryer. Interior stairs connect both levels. This lower level has its own keyless entry and the stairwell can be locked to keep both the levels separate. Enjoy sitting outside in this lower level under a 700 sq ft covered patio. There is NO lower garage access. Perfect for family gatherings and group events.
