Apple Hill is just 7 miles away and has many wonderful farms were fresh products are yours to pick,pies,produce and more.Many local wineries & brewery's nearby, south lake Tahoe just 1 hour 20 minutes away. Guest access is made simple with a keyless entry code and privateParking area in upper driveway. Owner lives in unit below there is a gate located at top of inside stairs and curtains at bottom of stairs, with a separated entrance and parking area located below with her cat buddy who is 15 years old and stays in side mostly is very friendly and sweet .Pool is open June 1st to October 1st depending on weather conditions.
