The property also contains expansive outdoor living areas with a large covered concrete patio on the ground level and a large deck off the second-floor bedrooms. The ground floor living room is appointed with a large sectional couch, table and chairs, and a 55” TV with Roku for streaming all of your favorite entertainment services, and an amenities bar containing a fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Two steps up from the living room is the bathroom suite designed to provide privacy so the shower, toilet and sink can be used simultaneously by different people.A spiral staircase leads to the two second-floor bedrooms. Bedroom one is furnished with a queen bed, two nightstands, table lamps and a 43” TV with Roku. Bedroom two contains two double beds with reading lights and a 43” TV with Roku.
