Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this 4-bedroom classic Sun Valley home in the heart of Ketchum, with soaring ceilings, warm hardwoods, beautiful finishes, Picket Fence-designed interiors, and Bald Mountain views. We are the closest single-family home to River Run Lodge, just a few blocks from the River Run Gondola, bike path, and restaurants and shops. The stunning great room is the hub of the house and is the perfect spot for guests to gather, with its inviting seating, two-story river rock fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Bald Mountain views. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining, complete with a breakfast table that seats 4 and room for 3 more at the breakfast bar. The elegant formal dining room seats 10-12.The great room and dining room open through French doors to a large courtyard surrounded by trees, with an outdoor fire pit, seating and grill.The main floor also features a powder room, laundry/mud room, and the first of 4 guest suites, with a king bed and en-suite bath. Upstairs you’ll find 3 more generous bedrooms with en-suite baths. The 1st primary suite features mountain views, a king bed, sumptuous seating, desk, and an enormous bath with a tub and a walk-in closet. The 2nd primary suite also has stunning mountain views, two queen beds, and a large bath with a tub with a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, seating area, and private bath.Sleeping a maximum of 8 people, the four bedrooms are all comfortable and spacious, with custom furnishings and fine linens.One private parking space in the garage (with plenty of storage for all your sporting equipment) and room for more cars on the large, heated driveway.This property is just a short walk to town - enjoy all the amenities this mountain resort has to offer – casual and fine dining, galleries, theaters, shopping, ski and bike shops and more. While it's an easy walk or short drive, you’ll also be (literal) steps from the free shuttle bus that will take you to River Run, Warm Springs, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Dollar Mountain. Although the home is conveniently located in town, the house is surrounded by old-growth mature trees, which provide views of mountains and evergreens from every window and the courtyard, as well as a comforting sense of privacy and retreat.
