Nolin Lake walking distance to Conoloway boat ramp Single wide trailer with two bedrooms and one bath. Bedrooms include a new queen bed in master and the second bedroom has a full side bed on bottom and single bunk on top (150lbs max on top bunk). There is a loveseat in living room that folds out to a full bed also. Can sleep up to 7 people. Great front porch with swing to relax on or have your morning coffee (keurig and regular coffee maker available). Beautiful wooded view out back and a fire pit in the front. Full kitchen that includes toaster oven, microwave, stove, and fridge. Towels and linens are furnished and new washer and dryer on site. Fresh paint and new flooring in most of the living space. Charcoal grill off the porch. Pets are welcome but there is a $50 per pet per stay fee to be paid at time of booking. Be aware neighbors have outside cameras and friendly dogs. For boaters it is within 5-10 minute walking distance to the Conoloway boat ramp. There is plenty of room to park a truck, boat trailer, and another vehicle (for parking tips or additional parking just let us know).
