High Efficiency Washer and Dryer along with On-Demand Tankless Water Heater. There is plenty to do in the Kentucky themed man cave with large screened TV, billiards, full size electronic game machine and a copper top card table for games. The house sits on 1.2 acres high on a cliff overlooking the Nolin River lake. This home is one of a kind with endless views of Nolin Lake, rolling hills and breathtaking sunsets from multiple decks. It is conveniently located 30 miles from Mammoth Cave National Park, 70 miles south of Louisville, and 110 miles north of Nashville. The Kentucky Bourbon Trail or Churchill Downs-Kentucky Derby can provide a bluegrass state experience. If you are looking for a getaway for boating, canoeing, fishing or just relaxing while enjoying views of the lake and wildlife, our walkout on the water is the perfect place. Special attractions; bald eagle and blue heron birdwatching. Bears have also been spotted within a three mile radius.Nolin Lake was designed for flood control and the water levels draw down starting in mid October. Nolin River is still accessible for fishing, hiking and treasure hunting around the bank from November through March. The lake levels start to rise to summer pool in mid March. Search for the waterfall in the cove behind our property that is only visible when the lake level drops.This property is monitored by exterior security camera's 7x24 on all sides and levels.
