Cozy Trailside Retreat This newly renovated trail side condo at Crotched Mountain is the perfect place for your year-round getaway! Work remote and ski on your lunch break or use as a weekend retreat. Tucked away slightly for privacy but with direct access to the trails. When not on the mountain, enjoy all the Monadnock region has to offer!-monthly rental-pets considered with additional fee-condo association rules including quiet hours -ideal for 1-2 people-not suitable for childrenThe unit feels very spacious with lots of natural light, outdoor deck and high ceilings/skylights. There is a lofted upstairs that has a queen bed and day bed, closet and dresser. There is an option to use a Roku TV if desired. The loft overlooks the main living space which includes a sitting area with an electric fireplace, a large kitchen island for eating and storage as well as working. The stocked kitchen has a large fridge, coffee maker, small oven/stove top, cabinets for food storage and option to plug in a microwave. Down the hall is a newly updated bathroom with full shower/tub. There is a hallway closet for ski and other storage as well as hallway hooks and shelving. The deck off the main living area has a table for four and gives added space to sit outside and enjoy beautiful Crotched Mountain!
