This pristine subdivision maintains it's roads year round for easy access. No dust in the summer-time and easy snow-plowed roads in the winter~Nestled in the trees with our neighbors a friendly distance away you can really start to get that much needed R & R. This 1500 sq' cabin is located on 2 levels and has some of the most amazing views!!!!! What's near by you ask???? EVERYTHING!!! Bryce Canyon and Zion National park are an easy 40 minute drive. Navajo and Panguitch lake are even closer.... an easy 20 minute drive in the summer! Duck creek village is right down the way... there you've got a few "Ma and Pa" places to shop and eat! Come enjoy everything the mountains has to offer. Fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, ATVing, Bicycling, romp around in those oh-so-fun razors and navigate over 400+ miles of trails! And lets not forget the stuff that's FREE:Breathing in the crisp mountain air!Roasting marsh mellows over the fire and making some eeewwwee geeewwweee Smore's!Playing a board game with your kids!!!Reading a book next to the fire with a cozy blanketEnjoying our AMAZING wildlife.!!! We have so many migrating animals. Deer, Elk, turkeys.... then there's the ones that stick around all year long! The breathtakingly beautiful Mt. Blue jays, chipmunks and so much more~~~(Elk Ridge Estates is a NO HUNTING subdivision......Please DO NOT shoot our deer!)
