Relax and Enjoy This Remodeled Lakefront Home on Peaceful Lake Hawkins! This 1400 sq. ft. home is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath with open floor plan. The living room and dining area has great views of the lake and is perfect for family get togethers. The living room has a big screen TV and the dining table will seat 6 to 8 people. For your cooking needs, enjoy a large, fully furnished kitchen with all new cabinets, countertops and stainless steel appliances. The back of the house has a deck with a Gas or charcoal grill. Both bedrooms are furnished with satellite TV. One bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed along with a trundle day bed. The modern bath is stocked with plenty of amenities and towels and linens are provided.Have your morning coffee while sitting on a fully covered porch peacefully watching deer, humming birds or ducks on the lake. In the evening, you can watch picturesque sunsets while enjoying your drink of choice! You will also have access to a large enclosed area where you can gather with family or friends rain or shine. This area has tables and chairs were you can play table games or watch movies on a 50 inch TV. There is a refrigerator for your cold drinks and a large roll up door and deck where you can relax and view the lake. Lake Hawkins is a clean clear, spring fed, lake that is great for fishing. Bring your boat or fish off the private dock that has plenty of lounge chairs where you can relax in the sun and is also lighted for night fishing. The lake has a county park just 4 miles away with a beach area for swimming. There are several boat ramps within 1 to 5 miles from the house. You may also take your boat and have lunch or dinner at the Taste of Italy On The Lake Restaurant. Or take a short drive to Hawkins, Mineola, Lindale, or Tyler where you will find grocery stores, fast food, dine in restaurants, Walmart, antique shops, wineries and many other attractions.For Larger family gatherings, the property next door may also be available.
