Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with 2 double beds, and a private room with a queen murphy bed and a sleeper sofa, sharing a 3rd bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee or a cocktail on the screen porch adjacent to the living room which features a gas fireplace and a large television. Play ping pong and Foosball, or watch tv in another large recreation area downstairs, while grilling outside on the lighted patio area. With over 3700 sq. ft., this home has what you need to relax and spread out! Home has a standard drip coffee maker. Please no more than 4 cars at this vacation home.Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked.
