Our over-sized lanai is perfect for enjoying great sunset views year round with bar patio furniture and a chaise lounge chair.We fully renovated our condo and we focused on the details to enhance your comfort. We installed brand new carpet, high-end Hunter Douglas Luminnete and Silhouette window treatments, new cherry wood kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and brand new stainless-steel appliances. We have two separate AC units in the living room and bedroom for your temperature comfort. We also installed new washer and dryer, quiet ceiling fans, recessed lights, repainted the interior, and completely remodeled the guest and master bathrooms with luxurious travertine floors, travertine tiles, and cherry wood vanities.
