Only the top row buildings (A-F) are classified by the Grand Wailea as Deluxe Ocean View. Our Unit is in the 'A' Building. Building 'A' sits the highest of all top row buildings and is at an elevation which is above the roof tops of the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons resort hotels. You will be able to enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean which only a few buildings in Ho'olei can offer. Our unit also offers unparalleled privacy. We are bordered on two sides by the Wailea Blue Golf Course an expansive greenbelt. There is very little foot and auto traffic around our unit with zero noise from the main road, Wailea Alanui Dr. All of these features combine for the most peaceful and relaxing time when sitting on the lanai(s) enjoying a meal, having a glass of wine, and a spectacular sunset. Ho'olei offers an unforgettable atmosphere filled with tropical beauty and luxurious amenities. The gate secured complex is situated across from the Grand Wailea Hotel, the heart of Maui's most sought-after properties and with their pristine beaches. Our unit's design includes a private elevator, attached garage, a covered parking space, a gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and a spectacular ocean view from the lanai featuring an outdoor kitchen BBQ.
