The fenced in property offers great privacy and is only a few minutes walk away from Paia's Boutiques and Restaurants.The main house offers 3 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and the attached cottage is a studio with kitchenette. All bedrooms offer an ocean view with access to the lanai, have split AC systems, ceiling fans and smart TVs. The living room and kitchen open to the covered deck and garden offering a comfortable outside sitting area, BBQ and lawn chairs. This home is in a small laneway, the perfect home for guests that want to enjoy a true quiet vacation in a relaxing Hawaiian atmosphere. Parking is limited to two cars in the garage and 2 cars in front of the garage. Street parking is not available at any given time. The shoreline is rocky, there is a path leading to the ocean at the end of the road (not recommended for swimming). The next swimming beach, Paia Bay, is in walking distance through Paia town. The property is licensed with Maui County, Rental Agreement required outlining counties vacation rental rules. All adults will have to sign the agreement.
