Indoor and outdoor dining.This meticulously cleaned, well-stocked home features comfortable beds with fine linens, smart tvs, with cable, and the best possible high speed WIFI is provided by the local cable company, Spectrum Cable, to create an outstanding environment for an intimate group to gather. With beautiful ocean and golf course views from its second floor, this spacious custom designed home boasts a fully stocked Chef's kitchen with a propane cooktop, indoor dining , comfortable beds, fine bed linens, television, and high speed WIFI. Two half baths - one up and one down - are added conveniences, with the outdoor shower near the swimming pool to rinse off the beach sand.The home's swimming pool and BBQ area is private and relaxing, and is beautifully maintained and accented with tropical landscaping and lava rock walls. The swimming pool's waterfall feature is set on a timer and runs from 11am to 4pm daily.Located near Poipu white sand beaches, restaurants and shops, this well appointed home features two living areas - one up and one down - to gather comfortably, or to read and work solo.The laundry room is where you will find the beach towels. Laundry soap provided.On-site parking for two vehicles in the private driveway near the front entry. NEW: Our Dolphin House includes access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which offers a swimming pool with waterslide, tennis and pickleball courts, a weight room and a cardio room for your use and enjoyment.GUEST NOISE NOTE: Guests will be expected to adhere with the neighborhood association's firm quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and a reasonable noise policy between 7 am and 10 pm. Would this arrangement work for you? If so, you are welcome to make a reservation for up to 8 adults only. Voices carry in the still of early morning and late evening in this peaceful neighborhood. The Kiahuna Golf Village HOA Board has hired a Security Service and has set up a noise violation and fine system. If Security is called to investigate noise at this property and determines there is a noise violation, the property owner will be fined. If the property owner is fined for a noise violation caused by a paying guest, the fine will be deducted from the guest's $1000 damage deposit being held by VRBO. This statement serves as written notice. The home was beautifully appointed, so clean, and the Christmas tree we requested at the last minute, was beautiful. My wife actually cried when she saw it. The home's air temperature was perfect. We were able to set the temperature in each bedroom and in the living-kitchen-dining area to our liking. The huge dining table was our gathering spot every night after a day of hiking or beaching etc.. The kitchen worked well for our family meals, and the cabinet of games was a nice touch. The white linens and towels were replenished and the kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned by the housekeepers midway through our stay, and the full size washer and dryer in the laundry room was stocked with Persil laundry soap. Hike the south shore's Maha'ulepu Trail and the many trails up in the Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park. Pick a sunny day to drive north to Hanalei.
