Cross over the first one-way bridge on Kauai's North Shore and you are in Old Hawaii -- enchanting Hanalei. There, in a grove of palm trees and just 150 yards from Hanalei Bay is where you'll find Palm One - a house where you can relax and enjoy life at its best.Please note I just purchased this house and am only now starting to welcome VRBO renters (as of May 2022) which is why there are very few reviews. I look forward to you being some of my first guests!Just steps to the Pavilion Beach access yet set back on a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is bright and airy, and every room opens onto a covered lanai. There is a barbecue and picnic table on the lanai overlooking the gardens.The living room, with its open-beamed ceiling and skylights, separates the two bedrooms. There is a king-sized bed in one bedroom, two twins in the other, and a couch in the living room for that extra (5th person). All mattresses are brand new Avocado Organic mattresses. There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and a completely enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower for rinsing off after a swim.It is an easy walk to restaurants, farmer's market, historical sites and shops -- and best of all -- to the beach at beautiful Hanalei Bay.Activities nearby: North Shore activities include surfing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking on the Hanalei River, tennis, hiking, helicopter rides and horseback riding. Five-minute drive to Princeville, golfing, shopping and the Princeville Hotel with gourmet restaurants and breathtaking views of Kauai's North Shore.With the rental of our home we include beach gear for our guests at NO additional cost!For your personal use we will provide at the property:~at least 2 surfboards~at least 2 stand up paddle boards and paddles~ at least 4 beach chairs~at least 2 beach umbrellas~at least 4 boogie boards~coolers~kids sand beach toysPLEASE NOTE: Use of all of the gear provided is at your own risk. Please be careful using the water equipment in the Ocean and Rivers. Always swim near a lifeguard.
