Mana Kauai Island Vacations Presents Hanalei Historic Estate/Weddings TVNC 1092 Located across from Hanalei Bay, is the magical Kauikeolani Estate. Mature gardens, expansive lawns, and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond are just a taste of the treasures which awaits you! The home is on the National Register of Historic Places. It was a significant part of the development of Hanalei as a recreation location in the late 19th century and early 20th century. It was built in 1899 in a very energy efficient way, using the natural trade winds to keep the home cool. The house has an outdoor orientation full of large windows and covered outdoor living space with multiple lanais. This is a Mana Kaua'i Island Vacations home and we follow many practices that support regenerative tourism. We do the work so you don't have to.This transient vacation rental is located in the tsunami evacuation zone.Please review our rental agreement for our terms, conditions, and policies.A rental agreement will be emailed to you. We do require that to be signed and returned. We also collect a refundable security deposit in addition to the damage protection. The Administrative Fee is subject to change based on the number of nights booked and dates of travel. The administrative fee and property fee are non-refundable.
