Cozy Island Home! Short Drive to MCBH & the beach. Our home offers a quaint 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom living space. The private bedroom has a king-size bed with a large connected bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan. Added bonus of an additional King Sofa Bed in the living room (it's even comfortable, no obnoxious bar in your back, we promise!). Let us know if you want to use the Sofa Bed, and we'll have it set up for you before you arrive. Also available upon request are 2 twin size floor cushions, great for kids to sleep on.The open concept living room and kitchen are great for gathering. The kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, hot plate, toaster oven, instant pot, rice cooker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and more! Enjoy stunning views of the Ko'olau Mountain Range from the cozy lanai, great for relaxing. Equipped with a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and privacy shades for extra comfort.Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. We are less than 15 minutes from Marine Corps Base Hawaii and just a 15-minute drive to famous Kailua Beach.
